My name is Bonnie Tan and I am the one behind Bon Gâteau. My husband thought of the name and he said it was very fitting since all my friends and family call me "Bon" and "gâteau" in French means cake.
Bon Gâteau is a home based business in Richmond, BC. I am a mother of three young children. 6 and 4 year old boys, and a 10 month old baby girl. I love baking and it gives me a chance to do what I love and able to stay at home with my kids.

Now that I'm finished with my Professional Pastry and Bread Program at Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver, I am really excited to be incorporating what I have learnt at school to Bon Gâteau.
